* Fixed-rate loans: loans with a fully fixed interest rate of at least five years from the date of loan execution to maturity


"1. A. Fixed-rate loans" of the Financial Supervisory Service's current "Standards for Recognition of Fixed-Rate, Non-Franchised Dividend Loans" are applied mutatis mutandis


* Other: Limited loans, corporate loans, and loan businesses (including P2P loans)



2. Loans executed until August 16, 2022
